My stand-alone studio features professional backdrops and lighting for interior classic portraits. The studio is surrounded by an acre of trees and landscaped posing areas. It includes South Fork Little Campbell Creek, an incredible fiddle head fern garden, and a collection of Alaska memorabilia. The outdoor lighting is exquisite. My studio is located in South Anchorage near Birch and O’Malley Roads. After beginning at the studio, we can go on an adventure to a nearby park or other scenic locations. I’m an avid hiker with lots of location ideas.
My turnaround time can usually fit your needs. My studio is full-time. I work throughout the week and weekend.

I suggest that you bring along optional wardrobes that focus on upper body. Pets, siblings, a friend and parent(s) are not only welcome but encouraged. I prefer to have a family member along for the session. This adds to the ambience of the session and usually helps with creating a comfortable experience. It’s not uncommon to have a parent helping with lighting or other photo needs. Musical instruments, sports attire and other props are great accessories.
Sessions, prints, art, albums, grad cards & digital portraits
My high school senior packages begin at $425. This includes indoor and outdoor portraits at the studio and a minimum of 10 high resolution images (edited to your preference) with personal-use rights. I have other packages and am happy to design something that will fit your wishes. Locations are generally within the Anchorage Bowl area, Chugach Parks and along Turnagain Arm. I’m open to your ideas and locations.
What to do with your digital photographs? I offer many options including portrait prints, books and albums, custom grad cards, and wall art including canvas gallery wraps and vivid metallic prints. My studio is full-service and I’ve partnered with a photographic printing lab for more than 20 years - they are among the best in the nation. I also provide a list of quality printing services if you prefer DIY.
Your included/edited images are made available for download through a private online gallery. Or, I can prepare a USB Thumb drive with your collection for an additional $25.
