As I Recall

The Jensen kids play in the yard of “The White House.” Located in Spenard, it was our first home in Anchorage. This photograph was snapped in 1963. I was born in Fairbanks, 1957 before statehood when Alaska was still a territory of the United States.

This is the beginning of a series of experiences that I’m sharing from my past and present. Stories will be added as my editing continues. And you’ll see that some editing remains to be completed as you read along.

Please be warned that occasional writings may not be palatable for everyone. Surprising foul language and circumstances will pop up every so often. I’ll give a head’s up at the beginning of each chapter if necessary. I’ve had many interesting, exceptional and sideways experiences in my Alaska life.

“As I Recall” is an appropriate description. It gives me some latitude for free style. But everything is based on true stories.
The names have been changed to protect some innocents.
Thank you for reading.
